NexVest raises subscriptions from professional investors in Europe — mainly Germany — and channels them into Korean real-asset projects. Track 1 is renewable generation: solar and storage. If you own or operate such an asset and want European capital, this is the portal you work through.
Investors subscribe in euro and transfer by SEPA. The money is held with a licensed payment institution until it is reconciled, then moved to the project under a signed structure. Distributions flow back from project revenue that you report.
Capacity, output profile, offtake terms and supporting documents. Our review team assesses feasibility and completeness.
An EU vehicle issues the participation; a Korean SPC holds the asset side. The legal form is being confirmed with counsel in both jurisdictions.
Each subscription gets its own virtual IBAN and reference. Funds are confirmed only after the incoming credit is reconciled against the account statement.
You submit periodic production and revenue figures with evidence. Distributions are computed from that input and approved under four-eyes before payout.
Two entities, one on each side of the border. This is what makes euro subscriptions and Korean asset ownership work together — and it is why the cross-border steps are gated on regulatory filings.
Issues the participation to European investors and holds the subscription account. Jurisdiction (Luxembourg, Liechtenstein or Germany) is not yet fixed.
Holds the asset and the offtake contract. You remain the operator under a management agreement.
An EU-licensed payment institution issues the virtual IBANs and reports incoming credits. The provider has not been selected yet.
Cross-border movement of funds is blocked by the platform until the foreign-exchange and direct-investment filings are approved. This is enforced in code, not by policy alone.
Nothing here is unusual for project finance, but all of it is required before an asset can be offered.
Proof of title or leasehold, business licence, grid connection agreement and any development permits.
The PPA, FIT or SMP+REC arrangement, with counterparty, tariff basis and remaining term.
Metered production data where the asset is operational, or an independent yield assessment where it is not.
Monthly or quarterly production and revenue figures with supporting evidence. This is the input the distribution engine runs on — late or unevidenced reporting stops distributions.
Reasonable access for site inspection and for the technical adviser appointed for the offering.
Operating or shovel-ready renewable assets in Korea with a contracted or regulated revenue basis, at a size that fits a pilot raise in the low single-digit millions of euro. Earlier-stage development is out of scope for Track 1.
Partner accounts are issued by the NexVest operations team. There is no self-registration. Nothing on this page is an offer of securities or an invitation to invest. Terms of any offering are set out in its own documentation and depend on legal and regulatory confirmation that is still in progress.
